1. What payment methods do you accept?​

We only accept PayPal for payment. Please note that personal checks, money orders, bank transfers, debit cards, and cash on delivery are not supported.​

2. How secure is my online order?​

Your transaction security is our top priority. During the payment process, we use SSL encryption technology to ensure that the information you provide via PayPal is protected from being intercepted during transmission. Additionally, our servers do not store any payment information, safeguarding your privacy and funds to the greatest extent possible.​

3. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?​

Once an order is submitted, it may be either accepted or rejected, and changes can occur even after confirmation. If you cancel the order after PayPal authorization is completed, we will refund the amount back to your original PayPal account.​

4. When will my order arrive?​

The delivery time of your order depends on the shipping method you choose. Typically, within 24 hours after the order is shipped, we will send you the tracking information via email. Please be aware that we are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance in your country.​

5. Can I use multiple discount codes on a single order?​

Unless otherwise specified, promotions and discount codes cannot be used in combination.​

6. Do I need an account to place an order?​

You don’t need to register an account and can place an order as a guest. However, creating an account offers several benefits, such as a faster checkout process, easy access to order status and history, and timely updates on new product releases and promotional activities.​

7. How can I track my order?​

After your order is shipped, we will send the tracking information to the email address you provided during the order placement, allowing you to monitor the shipping progress at any time.​

8. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?​

If you receive a damaged item or one that does not match your order, please contact our customer service team immediately at [email protected]. Include your order number and photos of the item, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.​

9. Do you ship internationally?​

Currently, we only provide shipping services within the United States.​
